What We Collect and How We Use It

Anybody can access www.xetchampionships.com and www.xetcnow.com. We do not collect more personally identifiable information than necessary to participate in any of the site's activities.  The personally identifiable information which you provide is not available to third parties unless you have indicated that we can share your information.

We do not collect more personally identifiable information from kids under 13 than is necessary for them to participate in our online activities. We urge parents to instruct their children never to give out their real names, addresses or phone numbers when using the Internet.

Children under 13 are required to have their parents create their account which includes submitting their email address.

Requests For Information and Feedback

We offer a feedback feature so users can communicate with us via email.

Competitions, Promotions, and Electronic Mailing

If a user requests to receive communications from XETC (newsletters or company updates, for example) they need to provide a valid e-mail address. Real names need not be used to request newsletters.

Parents can request to have their child's information deleted and refuse to permit further collection of information by us. In order to do that, simply e-mail us at jd@xetchampionships.com.

XETChampionships.com and XETCnow.com use industry standard security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. While there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the Internet, we try our best to make sure that your transmissions to and from the Site are kept secure. Information is kept secure. Only authorized XETC employees and its agents (who have agreed to keep information secure) have access to information and only to help us administer the site. The limited personally identifiable information collected from a child is password protected.

Account information is modifiable directly from the website with access via your personal password. You may request at any time that the information collected about your child be deleted.
